Orbit Hop Support

1. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
2. Open Orbit Hop and tap the gear (top right of the start screen), or pause a run and tap Settings.
3. Tap Restore purchases. Ads are removed again within a few seconds.

Tap Remove ads on the start screen or in Settings. It is a one-time purchase handled by Apple: it turns off the ads between runs, and continuing a run no longer needs a video. It works on all your devices with the same Apple Account (use Restore purchases on a new device).

Tap Restore purchases in Settings. If that doesn't help, contact us with the date of the purchase (we never need your card details). Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your best score and Daily Challenge bests are stored only on your device. To reset them, delete the app and install it again. A purchased "Remove ads" is not lost: tap Restore purchases after reinstalling.

Open Settings (the gear on the start screen, or Settings on the pause screen) and switch Sound or Haptics off. Sound also follows your iPhone's silent switch.

For tracking: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the UK, EEA and Switzerland, the app's Settings → Privacy choices reopens Google's consent form. See the Privacy Policy.
